1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website totalbeauty.ee/, the sale of cosmetic products, and the provision of hairdressing and nail services by TOTAL BEAUTY OÜ (registry code 12877978, Narva, Estonia).
By using this website and placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The company reserves the right to amend these Terms without prior notice. The updated version takes effect upon publication on the website.
2. Orders and Payment
Orders for cosmetic products can be placed through the online store. Payment can be made via bank link, credit card, invoice, or in cash upon collection. Orders are processed after payment confirmation unless otherwise agreed. All prices are listed in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
3. Delivery and Pickup
Delivery is available within Estonia through postal and courier services listed on the website. Delivery costs and times depend on the chosen method. Customers may also collect their orders from our salon at [insert address].
4. Returns and Exchanges
The customer has the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided that the packaging is unopened and the product has not been used. Returns are not accepted for opened, used, or hygienic and cosmetic products that cannot be returned (according to §53 (4) of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act).
The customer bears the cost of return shipping unless otherwise stated. Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned item is received.
5. Services
Appointments for services can be made by phone, via the website, or in person at the salon. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If the client is more than 15 minutes late, the stylist may refuse the service. Service fees are charged according to the current price list. Complaints regarding service quality must be submitted within 48 hours after the service, provided that the client followed the aftercare recommendations.
6. Liability
The company is not responsible for damage caused by improper use of cosmetic products or failure to follow instructions. The client must provide accurate information when placing an order or booking a service. In case of technical errors on the website, the company reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the payment.
7. Personal Data Protection
All personal data are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data are used solely for fulfilling orders and maintaining customer communication.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the customer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee in Estonia.
